Did not expect this from a trusted brand like TTK. Received a old stock product (Oct 23 manufactured), delivered in Dec 24. Product was defective, did not properly switch ON and none of the buttons work. Have raised a replacement request. No option to return, else would have done so. TTK just lost a loyal customer. Have been buying Prestige branded products for so long. Will definitely look for alternate brands now.
