I purchased a Prestige Iris Induction Cooktop, and from the very first use we started facing issues with its functioning. I have already raised complaints multiple times, and 3–4 service engineers have visited our house, but the problem still remains unresolved.
Despite repeated requests, the company has refused to exchange or return the product, even though it has not been working properly since day one.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and we have completely stopped using the product. It feels like a waste of money.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying products from Prestige due to the poor product quality and disappointing customer service.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed with the Product & Service
I purchased this Prestige Induction Cooktop on June 13th, and within just two weeks June 30th it completely stopped working. It wouldn’t turn on and became useless.
I tried contacting both Amazon and Prestige customer service at least 8–9 times, but both kept redirecting me to each other. Even after 10–12 calls, there was no proper resolution. Finally, one senior executive told me that my return/replacement window was closed — which is very disappointing since the product failed so quickly.
This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading as a customer. I strongly suggest not buying electronic products from Amazon without being aware of these issues. It is always better to purchase from a physical store where you can easily claim warranty and get proper support.
