I received a defective Futura induction cooktop—it did not switch on at all. However, the return process was completely hassle-free. Amazon’s service was excellent, and the refund was processed very quickly without any issues.
I later bought the same Futura induction cooktop from a local dealer at a cheaper price, and it is working perfectly. The product itself is really good and performs very well if you’re into induction cooking.
My only suggestion is to check local stores before ordering online. If you can find the same product locally at a similar or better price, it might be a safer option.
Overall, great product and amazing Amazon customer service. 5/5 just for the service.

Product quality, efficiency and look … awesome … mind blowing finishing … one thing I have noticed the maximum energy limit is 2000 each but cumulatively you can reach upto 3600 while using both … o mean to say if one top is at 2000 then the other will work at maximum 1600 … I guess that’s for safety and maintaining purpose…
The product is value for money, easy to use, aesthetic, light weight, overall am fully satisfied.
