Infrared Cooktops Heat any vessel put on top
it can even be used as room heater it radiates good heat to sorroundings if no vessel is kept on top of it
can be used for any type of cooking that normally used on gas stoves only need to know the correct temprature setting for each cook
if you enable BBQ mode you can get temprature reading other than watts
best temp for dosa is 180-220 degree (dosa got burned at high temp or watts ,start at low is better)
for all other boiling and pressure cooking set at 1200-1800 watts
