I buyed this induction 9 months back and writing this review because this product is shorted after 9 months of use and not working I have got fault raised last month 13 October 2023 and till date I have not received response. Whenever I call on helpdesk same response I get and that is “We are woking on your issue,will help you soon” I can clearly tell, If you are buying a Candes product don’t think you will get after sales service. I personally will not recommend anybody to buy the products.

The induction started malfunctioning within the warranty period which they changed but the auto cut off was too frequent when we boil water.. Very bad performance
