Best product according to POV quality, it is working well. Price is a little bit high but it’ll reduce your food production cost & hence you’ll recover your money within 6-7 months. Like me, you can definitely go for it.

Nice product. Good quality n performance. Needs proper care n voltage for better n durable performance. Any flat bottom utensil can be used on the device.

Have warranty so wrote to the company selling it in Bangalore.
They refused to accept the Letter and returned it.
So the warranty was a hoax.

Excellent quality product received. We were using an infrared stove earlier. Because of non availability we were forced to go for an induction stove but disappointed much. We were not able to cook in traditional methods. An induction stove heats up quickly and looses the heat quickly. We need induction base in all the utensils. But in this infrared stove we can use all types of utensils. Efficiency is more with flat bottomed vessels of any made of metals. It heats up slowly and keeps the heat for some more time. We can set the heating levels in various stages for traditional cooking and trench the dishes to the expected level. One should understand how to use it just by trial and error method. After that you will like it very much and do all the traditional dishes easily. Ordered this one with lots of doubts because of low ratings in the reviews but 100 % satisfied with the product received. Got what we expected. So giving 5 stars. Thanks to Amazon.

This product is good. Has quality, competitive price and worthy. Though it’s easy to use as described, it takes more time to heat and cool down when compared with (non-infrared) induction.
Two things I feel negative.
1. Takes more time (approx 15 mins) for the fan to turn off. (You can probably cook 2 eggs/ 2-3 dosa after turning off while the heat cools down)
2. Conducts more electricity than the ordinary (non infrared) induction.
Otherwise it’s all good.
