The product has 6 pieces..kadhai, 2 idli plates, steamer plate, dhokla plate and glass lid.
I made IDLI around 6 times. Everytime they came out good and soft. It takes 15 minutes to make 1 set. I make 2 sets for 1 meal. Taking the plates out when hot is a bit difficult, i made the mistake of touching the black part on the plate and almost burned my thumb. So, we should wait for it to cool down a bit.
I made MOMOS 2 times. They came out good. At one time we can put 10-12 momos. Same 15 minutes for momos too
DHOKLA i made once. It did not come out good but that maybe bcs of the recipe and not kadhai.
I have not used kadhai for deep frying or making sabji yet bcs i want to use it only for steaming at leadt for a few months.

This is a great product from Prestige ! Having used it for over 2-3 months, i can say this is the best idli maker/ multi kadhai in market.
1. Kadhai is of good quality made of hard anodized aluminum. It can be used individually to cook curry. unlike others in market which have very thin bottom. Having a glass lid helps monitor the food being cooked.
I have another Prestige non-stick kadhai with glass lid. Going strong for more than 2 years.
2. Steel Plates provided are very sturdy. Every plate has a handle (Hard plastic) to hold it when its hot.
3. There are 2 idli plates, which can cook 11 idlis at a time.
Perfect for steaming purposes. Great buy !

Seller review- Make sure you check the product for damage. The first time, the lid was damaged so I made a replacement order. In the replacement order the kadai had broken handles. So i switched out the kadai from the first order and sent back the damaged goods. Order twice and both times it was damaged.
Product review – Idlis are too small and are almost bite sized. Rest of the product is okay.
