I am so disappointed, ordered for my friend who is travelling abroad, however the kadai handle is completely smashed! Have no time to return it and order another one.
So annoying!!

Writing this review after almost one month of usage.
Product review:
The item is quite heavy, nicely built and perfect for large size family. Can prepare 14 large idlis in one go. The other trays are also useful for steaming other items like veggies, momos etc.
The built quality is heavy, size is sufficient and delivers perfectly.
Delivery experience:
I received completely damaged box with almost broken and dismembered handles in almost every plate. The items had actually several crumbled pieces lyingn inside. I ordered for a replacement . It was delivered almost after 13 days. The item inside was less damaged, handles intact but still broken plastic pieces. I have not asked for replacement since the problem is in handling and shipment of items.

The quality of the product is good. Good size and versatile plates with functional use. Although the packaging was good with 2 layers of boxes, one of the probably gotten damaged in transit due to heavy weight.. the side knob is bent and plastic cover broken. Though not returning it since needed it urgently and the quality is good, expect better packaging henceforth
