This product is is not flat from centre, semi liquid staff get accumulated at corners.
Center part is upward facing problem spreading batter evenly across the pan. I don’t know if it’s work well on induction cooking since is not flat evenly.

I have struggled for years to find a perfect dosa pan. Finally this is the one. I tried making dosas and pancakes, they came out awesome. You can flip the dosa or any item that you are cooking easily without scrubbing the spatula on pan. The handle is also very strong and heatproof. Ensure that you dont use steel scrub for cleaning. Just sprinkle some liquid detergent on warm/hot pan and scrub with a soft sponge. Buy without any hesitation.
