Within one month of use, the teflon coat is peeling off. As the peeled off coat is likely to get mixed with food, cooked in it we are not using. Pl inform the manufacturers the quality issue. Any possibility that we are compensated pl explore

This is the replacement received just now. The smaller defect was their in first supply too.
This may be due to very poor packing.
Or the supplier knowingly giving defective part.

It’s 26″ width 3mm thick korai. Quality from Cello is really good. Got it on sale for 560, definitely worth it.

Item started remitting coating just after 30 Days. Where we tried to connect customer care, They says “Sorry we are not tacking this item complain”. And on alternative number…. Only ring… No response…
