Best triply cooker with food grade steel inside , can be used 2 in 1, but always overflows its shape is flat rather than tall

Totally flat base – makes stable and efficient on any cooking surface
Totally vertical walls – makes so easy to clean
Less depth – makes multipurpose use like a frying pan

Triply build – proper heat distribution and non sticking property

Good design and quality. Lid is but tricky to fix initially but I got used it.

Feels heavier than most other cookers of same or even slightly larger capacity and can definitely last for generations. Compared to the Deluxe Alpha models, the lid operation is also smoother on the triply series. However, few differences are immediately noticeable when compared to other triply pressure cookers – 1) glossy/mirror finish interior 2) gasket is nitrile/rubber and not silicone 3) safety valve is aluminum 4) handles seem durable although the quality could have been better. If these can be overlooked, the product would be a great buy.
