The tasla is sturdy, gets hot well and keeps the heat and importantly, food doesn’t stick to the inside as long as you don’t abuse it.
Keep the heat medium high and no food will be bothering you by sticking.
Being tri-ply, it has good conduction. Almost like aluminium but skips the harmful effects.
