Much better than non coated kadai.
But this is not like Tefelon coated material. Some food will stick.
The life is long as the anodised coating will not come off easily.

Ive used this nearly everyday for the past 2 months, and its as good as new. I make sure to use a silicone spatula so as not to dent and scrape the pan. It has some non stick effect, and i can use less oil with this pan. The size is also convenient for daily cooking.
