This is a very good quality pan with a heavy base that means the food gets cooked evenly. I am very pleased I bought it and it is good value for money.
The pan has a non stick interior that is really easy to clean. I would recommend this to anyone

Just the right sized pan. Good quality nonstick. Food does not stick. The handle on the lid turns because the screw does screw in tightly. Will see if the handle comes off the lid over time. So far so good.
