Defective product delivered to me. It had multiple scratches on the bottom paint. The rim was bent at places and rough. Manufacturing defect. Surprising that Amazon shipped such a product without any quality check. Moreover, the warranty card was already torn, and someone had written on the warranty card itself. Check the photos. Have ordered a replacement.

Having returned the product not once but twice for defects, I was lucky the third time round.
This frying pan has been a pleasant revelation and I just adore this cute little puppy!
I’ve been using it daily for the past two years and the coating is so good that I cook my egg without oil! It’s still going strong.
Of course great care is needed to wash it, but nevertheless, it’s a great product at a decent price.
It has been such a handy breakfast companion that I am upgrading the rating to 4 stars. Highly recommend it for moderate daily usage. Of course, check the product carefully upon delivery for the surprisingly common defects but it is worth the wait and effort.

I just made a perfect fried egg in this pan. The heat dispersed evenly through the cooking surface and the egg came out flawless (no broken yolk). The egg slid out of the pan on to the plate as it should. Clean up was a snap because this pan does not stick at all. I’m very careful with non-stick surface pans to NOT use abrasive chemicals or rough scouring pads to clean the cooking surface. You don’t have to , especially with this pan. Just some warm soapy water and a soft rag does the trick or a ride in the dishwasher. This pan is well manufactured and should last for years provided it’s cared for. 5 stars.

I have bought it twice now and I can say without a doubt that it is a very sturdy fry pan. It cooks very well as I have tossed Sesame Chicken in it as shown in picture(The pan in picture is of 28 cm), and the non-stick quality is top notch; you just need to use a wooden spatula and you’d have nothing to worry. It has great durability. My last pan is about 6 years old and it is beaten up thoroughly and now its non-stick has gotten rough which is why I have bought it again reluctantly at an exorbitant price.
