The pan is good and washes well in dishwasher but the black knob on the cover broke in a couple of days, on its own. Just snapped cracked and now the grip get loose often

I have used this pan before but unfortunately could not carry it with me when I travelled back home, so I bought a new one. I would give the pan 5 stars (as I love cooking with it- it’s easy to clean and I can use less oil!), But when I received it the lid handle was completely shattered! Very poor delivery! I have requested for a replacement and I hope I get a product that is not faulty.
Edit: I received the replacement and have been using it for a few months now and I absolutely love it! It’s far better than all the “non-stick” pans!

This Pan is a branded one and they are sturdy easy to use and the capacity required us fulfilled if proper size is chosen. Used for frying, preparing Surry or gravy etc
