This pan is perfect for making eggs! I had read some reviews that good sticks to the pan. However, I completely disagree. The trick is to get the pan super hot and then turn the heat to low and then add the choice of oil. Also make sure to use only wooden or silicone spatula as Steel will destroy the pan. And use a soft scrubbing pad for cleaning only once the pan has cooled down.
