This Paniyarakal by Pigeon is really cool. It distributes heat evenly so every paniyaram is cooked through and through. It’s crispy around the edges and soft from the inside. Cleaning is super easy once you get used to the seasoning process! The construction of the cast iron paniyarakal is really good which also helps to cook the food quickly. The food gets released very easily so there are no chances for any food to get stuck.

I’ve been using the Pigeon Cast Iron Panniyarakal for a few weeks now, and it’s hands down the best upgrade for making traditional paniyarams at home! The cast iron heats up so evenly….no half-cooked spots, which is perfect. I love how the pre-seasoned surface means I didn’t have to do any prep before using it. Plus, it adds that authentic flavor you can’t get with other pans. Super easy to clean too, just needs a quick wipe after cooking, and you’re done!

I love my cast iron Paniyara from Pigeonl! The even heating ensures perfectly cooked paniyarams every time. It’s a delight to use, and the non-stick surface improves with each usage. It comes pre-seasoned with 100 percent vegetable oil and is easy to cook with. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys traditional cooking but without worrying about food getting stuck to the pan. I’ve made paniyaram several times and also made low-oil medu vadas. They came out extremely crispy on outside and soft from inside. Plus, it can be used on all kinds of stoves. I even recommended my cousins in Dubai to buy this paniyarakal.

I’m absolutely in love with this Cast Iron Panniyarakal! For just INR 1050, the quality is amazing. It heats up evenly, and the 9 rounds are the perfect size for making soft, crispy paniyarams. I’ve used it to make a variety of dishes like appams, sweet paniyarams, and even mini vadas. It’s also great for experimenting with other cuisines like mini pancakes. My children enjoy paniyarams a lot and I make them every other day for breakfast or as an evening snack. The paniyarakal is sturdy, reliable, and perfect for making paniyarams/ unniyappams, and even oil-free pakoras! This cast iron Paniyarkal is well worth the investment. Must have in every home!!
