I had opted for the one assist plan. My product had 2 years manufacturers warranty. I was only provided the extended warranty from oneassist from second year onwards which was already covered. So I contacted oneassist who kept on asking so many additional documents like warranty card invoice etc. When they are providing the additional warranty through Amazon only why have customers to prove it and struggle to get the additional warranty. This shows what will happen when actually the extended warranty will be required. So would not recommend one assist to anyone.

Never buy any extended warranty from Amazon. They will email you stating no action is required from your end,your extended warranty is activated.
However, when you call up One Assist, they will have no clue about your product and warranty. You need to give all the details and they will mention wait for 5 working days to get it activated. Nothing will happen. Again you need to email them with the invoices. Then they will mention wait for 2 more days. Again nothing will happen.
I have been struggling since last 1 month.
Previously I bought the same warranty for my AC. After a lot of trouble the warranty got activated but now from their app, you won’t be able to raise request for normal service or normal repair. You will only get the option for accidental damage.
Avoid this warranty trap by every means.
