I first purchased one in dec 2021 and it performed well for 1year and 9 months. Then I again purchased one in sept 2023 and it worked for only 5 months. First the connecting wire was burned. When I got it changed the coil burnt off. In a span of 2 years I have spent Rs 5000/-. So please don’t buy this product. No bajaj quality

I have been using Bajaj hot plate for some years now. If you are a heavy user it is better to buy stainless steel one as aluminum will get damaged due to moisture from cooking or splling. Service only in Gurgaon, have to send via post. But got it. Fixed as good as new when insent for coil issue.
