This is my 4th Aragon cast iron cookware. Have used the kadai and frying pan and both are well seasoned and non-stick.
Haven’t used the paniyaram pan as yet.
Sure that the tawa too will be equally good.

Not at good. Waist of money doesn’t work for chapati, not even for dosa

I have been using AGARO cast iron tawa for about two weeks now. To start with I seasoned the tawa three times by applying oil, heating it till fumes started forming and further heating it at low flame for 15 minutes. Then I let it cool down on its own. Wiped the extra oil. I repeated this for three days. Then I started roasting bread sandwiches on it. Each time I would begin by brushing little oil on the tawa. Followed it with frying parathas. After every use I would just wipe the tawa and keep it aside. Today finally I made dosas on this tawa. And I was pretty impressed. The dosas came out without sticking at all. Please note I didn’t drizzle any oil after spreading the dosa. However I brushed very very little oil before spreading each dosa but that was negligible amount of oil.
As far as the build quality of tawa is concerned, it’s really good as compared to the Indus Valley uttapam tawa which I bought along with this tawa.
I highly recommend this tawa to everyone.
