It is a very good product but, I realized that I received a damaged product when I opened it after long time of purchase, and I cannot return to the Amazon as the return period ended. The handle was broken and now I don’t know where it should be get repaired. some one help me with this.

The pot was good but the packaging was not good. The lid was broken when item was received and the pot couldn’t close because of that.
Amazon needs to work on its packaging part.

Aftet two to three use the non-stick layer wore off. Eventhough it has 1 year warranty i didn’t get any reply from the seller. I am greatly disappointed

its on a thinner side, but for such a big vessel it should not be more heavy for easy handling. non stick is great. cello quality for 1,000 with 34cm diametr for gas stove is a nice deal.

Have purchased this 5.5 Litre Cello Prima non stick cookware. The bottom pan was delivered damaged because of which the cover glass lid coudnt fit well and the whole purpose was lost. Also the handle was broken.
But i immediately got a perfectly fitted pan and glass lid when requested for a replacement. Just started using the pan. Cant say how long the the non stick coating will last, but the price is very reasonable compared to other products, looks very good and easy to cook food. Thank you.
