It is a good product. And amazon does not have another tarka/tempering pan that are clad stainless steel (except for one from Tramontina, but it’s only 1 cup in size, this is better in size of quantity). Given that this is tri-ply stainless steel, it is *strong*. The size of 360ml or 1.5 cup is enough for tarka for 2-4 people and don’t go on photos, it is large. The handle is riveted so I do not expect it to break off, it is sturdy and good length to protect you from sputters of hot oil. You can get cheaper options, but they would be aluminum or anodized material.
I do my research before a purchase. Overall… I recommend it!

Don’t know why they made this on induction. Doest stay flat on induction as handle weight is heavy. Quality is good but practically not able to stay balanced on induction or gas stove. U know to hold hand on handle to keep it balanced.

Initially i thought its a bit bigger in size, but tempering is a breeze with this. It has a good weight added to it and thickness of material to allow even heating. Doesn’t stick, easy to clean and does the job perfectly
