Received same day delivery. From the centre shape is little bit up so oil is going into side of the vessel.

I ordered this product twice. Both the times I received damaged item. First time, the lid of kadai had a dent. So I returned it & ordered a new one. The next one had scratch marks on the kadai with poor finishing. The top layer is chipped off. Very bad experience. Dint not expect a Prestige product(from seller) to have such a defective item, both the times. Amazon needs to do a thorough quality check.

1. Sturdy inner lining means no fear of it getting scratched.
2. The lining is sufficiently non-sticky, so cleaning is easy.
3. Heating of food seems to be more uniform, so does not get burned easily.
I only wish this range of granite cookware would’ve have more options – more specifically, with larger capacity, and with round bottom.
*UPDATE*
1. My wife and I have been proved wrong about the first point. The inner lining does get scratched. One shouldn’t use metallic spoons. Also, if possible, it shouldn’t be scrubbed with anything that’s even a bit scratchy. Once even a tiny scratch develops, it eventually damages the entire coating.
2. It’s perfectly dishwasher safe, and in fact, that’s best way to clean in it, in my opinion.
3. My observation about its non-stickiness and even heating still hold true.
In fact, on the whole we are so happy with the product that we purchased another one! And, now I might buy yet another one (as a replacement for the original one purchased in November 2016, which has got damaged because of wrong handling owing to my ignorance of how to use and maintain it).

I have been using a number of Prestige products since many years. I have been using this Non-stick Kadai since a couple of months and I’m happy and satisfied with my purchase. The Kadai looks pretty good and the granite non-stick finish has definitely enhanced the cooking and cleaning experience compared to its plain non-stick coating predecessors. The lid is of good quality and it fits perfectly on the vessel so no complaints there as well. The only problem is that one of the handles is a little loose and the same doesn’t get tightened ever after trying to fit it again. Hence, I have given one star less. Overall, it’s a good to have piece of non-stick cookware which gives you hassle-free cooking and cleaning experience.
