A promising product from Havells, been using it for almost 6 years, never had a complaint, had a few spills of milk and other liquids and gravies whilst being inattentive, always managed to get the base and the interior cleaned, if at all they seem to have reached there, allows you to cook with versatility and ease.
Usually halts, if the underside fan is blocking and the temperature is not being regulated over a single prolonged use, cooking for hours together was never an issue for me.

•I bought it for ₹3240(a bit higher than usual).
•Use 15 ampere socket(minimum).
•Works for 180V-290V (personal experience).
•Remove the sticker on middle of induction by hand thenafter use moist piece of cloth to remove the remaining sticker before cooking.
•Use iron or stainless steel utensils or any induction base utensil.
•Fixed cooking modes fluctuate the wattage use so press TEMP and use manually at constant wattage.
•Overall nice product.

Plug point pins are huge in this cooker, not compatible, moreover Amazon’s customer service is pathetic, no one is coming for pickup and Amazon is rescheduling it daily

Product is good but needs improvement like when you set a time, it always starts with 30 minutes and then you have to reduce it to 5, 6, or 10, or even 50 by doing tik tik tik tik. What an irritating thing

I brought it from Amazon. Got complaint after 4 months. Register my complaint on Havells portal. They didn’t service my induction because they have no spare parts. Poor service from Havells.
